Hi we have a few broken window parts and need help identifying replacements.Also figured I would replace a few broken spring assembly and pivot lock shoes if possible. The only identifying sticker we can find is attachedThank you!

I ordered 6 15-129 but I noticed they do not look the same will this product still work?

Some of our windows will not stay up. They have a spiral rod that can no longer be connected to the bottom part. Several appear deteriorated over time. I don't think the company is in business any longer. Can you help identify the part I need. It appears to be 1 1/4" inside the channel. Than ... (cont.)

I have a single hung Alumax window that I need pivot shoes for. In looking at the photos on your site none seem to exactly match. These were bought in 1997 and the contract says they are 6-series 9000 Alumax vinyl windows. Do you have something that will work?
