Hi, I have a Greatlakes Grandview 4000 Twin Double Hung (white vinyl) window with a cracked pivot shoe. The entire piece measures approximately 2 1/4" (h) x 1 1/2" (w) x 1/2" (d). See attached photos. Also curious if you have an installation video for these. Thanks Mark

purchased the 34" series 770 balance. I do not see a matching clip. It measures 1" wide 1 3/4" long and 9/16" in depth.

Photos show the bracket which the spiral balance mounts to and the window rides on

slide lock metal round piece and fitted nail thing with two holes that hold the window to glide up and down there is a number on the nail piece unsure if that helps

Hello Sir/Madam, I'm looking to repair my windows in my newly bought condo. None of the windows stay open and have broken horshoe looking parts/coils on the sides. I am unsure of what parts I need. Please help me determine which pivot shoe would be best for this window. The window is a tilt sash. The thickness was 1/2 inch. Also, the window is about 18 years old should I also replace the spiral balances. Thanks
