I have a single hung Alumax window that I need pivot shoes for. In looking at the photos on your site none seem to exactly match. These were bought in 1997 and the contract says they are 6-series 9000 Alumax vinyl windows. Do you have something that will work?

This came out of a window at my cabin. It is a low end window. I am not able to find any manufacturers markings on it. I am not sure which replacement to buy based on the measurements. Hi, I have a Greatlakes Grandview 4000 Twin Double Hung (white vinyl) window with a cracked pivot shoe. The entire piece measures approximately 2 1/4" (h) x 1 1/2" (w) x 1/2" (d). See attached photos. Also curious if you have an installation video for these. Thanks Mark

purchased the 34" series 770 balance. I do not see a matching clip. It measures 1" wide 1 3/4" long and 9/16" in depth.

Photos show the bracket which the spiral balance mounts to and the window rides on

slide lock metal round piece and fitted nail thing with two holes that hold the window to glide up and down there is a number on the nail piece unsure if that helps
