Please help me determine which pivot shoe would be best for this window. The window is a tilt sash. The thickness was 1/2 inch. Also, the window is about 18 years old should I also replace the spiral balances. Thanks

Windows are Louisiana Pacific MFG date codes 97-10 & 98-1 Window sticker pix attached pivot shoe pix attached. Pivot shoe block is similar to your 15-046 The old had metal pivot with a slot opening not a closed like on yours. Also it is 2.5" tall where yours is 2". other measurements match your 3 ... (cont.)

This part is measuring at 2 1/8" L 9/16" thick 1" wide the brake pad on this part is WHITE!
