This part is measuring at 2 1/8" L 9/16" thick 1" wide the brake pad on this part is WHITE!

Hello, I have some barber & ross windows that need some fixing. I just had several washes replaced and while installing them a few of the track pieces failed on me. Likely do to me installing the windows wrong. I'm looking for suggestions on parts and/or help finding a path ahead if I can't find ... (cont.)

The shoe measures - 1 1/4 x 2 1/2 x 9/16. It appears to have what looks like a brown break pad. Nothing in your catalog matches. Will need about 24. 3 pictures attached (front, back, side). Looks like the windows were installed in 2003. Please advise.

Unable to locate the same size in your catalog. I didn't find any numbers on the parts but the windows were manufactured by Georgia Pacific and were installed in the early 90's.
