I don't think your sash vent latch shown is the same s my shoe balance.

I have the small pivot shoe as shown in this post: https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Cant-find-Match-to-Pivot-Shoe-77-142287 In the post, Bob recommended 15-178, yet why wouldn't 15-188 work as 15-188 appears to be closer in size depth wise than 15-178. Hello, I have some barber & ross windows that need some fixing. I just had several washes replaced and while installing them a few of the track pieces failed on me. Likely do to me installing the windows wrong. I'm looking for suggestions on parts and/or help finding a path ahead if I can't find ... (cont.)

The shoe measures - 1 1/4 x 2 1/2 x 9/16. It appears to have what looks like a brown break pad. Nothing in your catalog matches. Will need about 24. 3 pictures attached (front, back, side). Looks like the windows were installed in 2003. Please advise.

I need to replace 2 pivot shoes on a Jeld Wen vinyl window, probably at least 20 years old. The cams are broken. These photos are from an identical window. Works with a spiral balance. Unable to locate the same size in your catalog. I didn't find any numbers on the parts but the windows were manufactured by Georgia Pacific and were installed in the early 90's.

I'm worried that the stud on the window will not fit on Product Code15-129, it has a collar that drops into the lug. The problem with this is not the plastic, it's the metal cam piece.

Pivot bar measures 3 1/16"L x 5/16"w x 5/32"D. Holes are spaced 11/16" and 1 11/16" from the pointed end. No visible numbers or markings Pivot block measures 9/16"D x 1 1/4"W x 2 3/32" L. Universal left or right hand. Tilt lock measures 7/16"D x 11/16"W x 2 5/8"L.

Need matching pivot shoe to go with identified pivot bar 26-226

"Wilmar" windows. Installed 1999. Shoe measures 17/32" thick x 1.25" wide x 2.5" tall. It has a #6 behind the top hook bracket. Just want to make sure I order the right one.

The windows are very hard to open. I found many of the feet of the windows are broken and the shoes are broken so the springs are not attached. I can't find the make of the windows on them, please help.

The picture I have attached is for the right hand side of the window. I need the pivot show for the left hand side. Channel is a tught 9/16 deep (thick) and a little over an inch wide. I am looking for a replacement part for some vinyl double hung windows. The part is in one of the two photos. It is the bottom piece that the window locks into with the gray pegs. I also included the only markings on the windows. Thanks Derek
