Hi, looking for balance and boots for Integra series 201 vinyl replacement windows. Balance is 16" sash is about 15 lbs.Will need 4 of each. Also bulb seal for a bottom sash. Appreciate any help.

There are no markings on this window. I have several of these shoes that have broken and need to replace.

What will work for a replacement for this window. Plastic block is 1 1/4 x 2 1/16 x 17/32. It has a brake system.

The window jamb does not have cut outs to easily remove the pivot shoes but I'm concerned the vinyl/plastic components to the jamb will snap if I attempt to use the jamb spreaders. Greetings. We ordered several Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance parts for defective windows. We found out that the windows need new "carriers for the springs to anchor into," according to our contractor. Can you please help me find the carriers he needs? Scott

replacing the balances in shoes on my tilt in vinyl windows. My local supplier ran out of the shoes and the ones on your web site are slightly different. The shoe is approx 2 in by 5/8 In by 1 1/8. The spiral spring is 28 inches long and the diameter of it was around 7/16. These windows are vinyl from 2001. Can't figure out manufacturer. Looking for replacement parts and prices.

Went to clean screen - should have just let the cobwebs alone!!! Pivot Shoe broke - probably both. Pivot Bar missing - then broke the other side taking it apart. Can you tell me what I need to fix? Have the same windows in other parts of the house, does it matter the window size for replacements ... (cont.)
