Need some help, my pivot window will not stay up. It looks like I have a couple of broken plastic parts that the spirals latch onto. Can you review and let me know if the pictures are good enough to establish what parts they are.

Can you identify a replacement for the attached pivot shoe? The post that fits into the revolving slot has a circular tip on the end of the rectangular shaft.
