2-1/2inches tal x 1-1/4 wide by 9/16 thick minimum at brake. Frame of pivot block is like nylon. Cast aluminum or pot metal for pivot and hanger catch for spiral style spings. Pivot shoes are 2 1/16" long, 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" thick (deep). As you can see from the photo where the shoe has been removed from the window, the metal part inside the shoe that the spiral balance attaches to has broken. I need help finding a pivot lock shoe for tilt out vinyl windows with spiral balances. The shoe is 2.5" tall. A weak 9/16" thick. 1.25" wide. It has a light green brake pad. When brake pad is pushed out the shoe is 3/4" thick. I need three of them. Thank you.

I need 4 of the( 01/3 ) unique 27-B- 20 counter balance complete arms also 4 boottom brackets that hold the string lock in place plus 4 magnets including outside white plastic cases ( maybe one unit? ). What part numbers do I order and how long for shipment to Naples, FL? Mike

The shoe #15-188 with the blue brake seems to be identical to the one we have removed from our Seasonshield Window Series 5100 (single hung). Can you tell me if that is the correct replacement part?

I am finishing a job someone else started. They have already purchased the 15-129 pivot shoe. However, I need to replace the pivot bars as well. My question: will the 26-316 pivot bar work with the 15-129 pivot shoe? Thanks - Donald

I ordered and received two of you pivot shoes 15-129. They did not fit and remeasuring the existing ones, they are 2" high, 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Couldn't find it on your website.
