Window balance stops broken, need to identify so that I may purchase new ones, thanks in advance.

The rectangular lock holder has a number 33stamped on it. 33 are needed. The lock or latch has a #4 stamped on it. 33 each are needed. I'm trying to verify a replacement part for my non tilt window balance spring. It measures 30 inches long. I believe it's a half inch. Photos included.

It's a non- tilt window. The metal portion is 16 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. He tips seem to be the tricky part.
