metal glides for vinyl single hung window and stop lock for same window

sash balance (very old)

no numbers or markings the metal channel is 1/2 inch inside width 5/8 overall depth 24 inches long not including plastic bits windows are 24 x 50( heavy)

Top sash guide for Alcan windows

This guide snapped off and I'm trying to pick the right one. Also I watched the video to remove the window and I can secure the sash with the clip in the frame but I'm not getting how to remove the window.

Metal tilt out snaps broke out of channel
