This guide snapped off and I'm trying to pick the right one. Also I watched the video to remove the window and I can secure the sash with the clip in the frame but I'm not getting how to remove the window.

Looking to replace this part.

These are Polygem windows. I need the clip that holds the Block and Tackle slide.

One side of our window lost the metal snaps in the channel that holds the balancer allowing the window to slide up and down. I need those two metal parts.

Picture are of a balance for a double pane vinyl window. No markings on the windows to identify the maker. No markings on glass.

The original part is stamped 32-5. Any way to figure out the correct replacement? The metal portion of the balance appears to be 33" long. The closest picture on your website appears to be the Series 395

Need 2 replacement balancers for my milgard sliding windows (they don't tilt). The only markings I could find were "34 5 CQ CALDWELL". The channel length is 35".
