Please help me identify these parts. I need 6 plastic parts from picture 1 and 6 metal strips holding the spring in picture 2.

- length of metal channel: 21 5/8 - stamp: *either*, 21 3 BS1 60, *OR* 21 3 BS1 G0 (hard to tell if it's a "6" or a "G," we included a photo) - window manufacturer unknown, manufacture date likely early 2000's (was put in a building that was built in 2003) - no other details - we need three balances ... So I was replacing the springs and then I noticed the top white part holding the spring in place is broke or gone, then the springy metal that holds the spring is missing. Can you help ID them so I can order it. Thank you

I don't know anything about how this system is supposed to work. The window was like this when I bought the house and I've tried to find the manufacturer and they seem to no longer around. Hoping to make it so the window holds itself open again.

Balance length is 27"

I just replaced the Caldwell balances on one of my windows. The balance continues to move with the window and will not stop at the takeout clips so that I can remove the window. I need a replacement balance. The manufacturer provided me with the following description of the window: window size is a stock size of 40/60 OR, is full tempered, with HP-LOE glass, DSB They didn't know the size of the balance but it has "5500" on it
