I need a new track for my patio doors. Unfortunately I don't know the model. The door frame tack states an R20 or LC25 Can you tell me the part number for both the sliding door track and metal rail on top? Also, the correct roller assembly Thanks

Looking for a bottom track for a vintage sliding closet door. There is no brand name on the old track or the door, except that the doors are steel and are from 1945. I have attached 2 photos. The bottom track on our sliding patio door is starting to shred apart. The house was built in 2004. The track is about 1 3/4 inches wide, with a centered rail.
