I've submitted 2 photos. One had the identifying number of 30410. When they were off trying to identify the issue of door not rolling nicely I measured but apparently did not measure distance from hole center. Is it possible to identify my part with the pictures provided.

I ordered and received the 81-018 tandem roller for my sliding glass door, thank you for the expeditious shipment. Only one issue. I have a sliding glass patio door and the screws for adjusting the rollers are not on each side where can the adjusting screws be and do I have to take the door out to get to them

Need to get replacement rollers for sliding glass door. Need with the offset screw arm that allows rollers to go further up into the door.

The door is over 20 year old so I can not find any serial number on the rollers. Can you help Terry

The door is heavy. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos. The roller is 1-3/16" tall 3/4" wide Just over 6" long to screw attachment points. It seems like the minimum height on these rollers is 1" and 3/8 I had trouble getting the door out. The roller was hitting the track. Can I get a smaller minimum height. I tried a 1" 1/2 minimum height and it was way to big could not get door back in. Your site is great! Thanks! Josh ... (cont.)

We have a custom built patio door. Does not glide well. Managed to take out the door and there are two sets of these double rollers that we have removed. Wondering if replacement parts are available. Thanks.
