tandem rollers for a Pella patio door
Thanks for contacting us! Are you sure you have a Pella brand door? I do not believe that the 81-030 Acorn Patio Sliding Glass Door Roller can be used for Pella doors. Could I perhaps see a few pictures of your existing roller? Make sure that it's fully removed from the door before you take the pict ... (cont.)

I didn't even appear the rollers were raising or lowering the door when I "adjusted" it with screw driver. I do not know if the door ever worked well. I can not find a manu ... (cont.)

Frame for 81-030 is too tall
I ordered two sets of double rollers that I thought were the right ones for my sliding glass door (Item # 81-030). The style is right and wheels are 1 1/4 " but the frame is too tall (1 1/8" and mine is 1"). The length, width, and wheel diamater are all correct, but I just can't find the right one ... (cont.)

Verifying a patio door roller
I have three 26-year-old patio doors, I am not sure of the original manufacturer. The rollers appear to be like your 81-030, and were marked as "Delmar Hardware Toronto". The dimensions match with the 81-030, in terms of length (3 1/8), width (3/4) and height (1), and have wheels with an outside ... (cont.)

Alside 5100 sliding patio door roller
This is a replacement for an Alside 5100 sliding patio door. All of the measurements match except where your diagram shows 1 1/4" I measure closer to 1 1/8". Wheel diameter is 1 1/8". Is the 81-030 the correct replacement? Thanks!

replacement patio door roller
You may want to take a look at the 81-138 Patio Glass Door Tandem Roller. It is similar the the 81-030, but it has 1 1/8" wheels.

Is there a heavy duty version of this roller?
I have replaced the wheels on my 4'door (8' doorwall) 3 times now. The adjustment screw pushes out on one side only. I have installed nuts inside (even an acorn nut on the inside end of the adjuster) but the 3/4" wide case collapses... the door is very heavy. Do you have a heavy duty model wheel ... (cont.)

Are new rollers returnable?
I have BetterBilt sliding doors from 1992. Your 81-030 looks right, but what if I'm wrong? Can I return unused product for full refund to my credit card?

replace sliding glass door roller
The problem is that with the shorter wheel you might not be able to adjust your door up high enough, and with the taller wheel you might not be able to clear the bottom track to reinstall your door. With that being said, do you know the manufacture of the patio door? If it's a vinyl door by American ... (cont.)
