The trolleys that are showed above were ordered and shipped. The shiney gold plated ones are your 81-174. My problem with these are that the profile of the protrusions on the sides leaves these too loose. I received 4 loose and a bag of 10. The 4 match up with my originals. I understand that that yo ... Looking for this roller for a sliding glass patio door.

I have a 20 year old sliding glass door. The label says SGD-R15. I need to replace the wheels. There are 2 wheels per unit. The only replacement wheels I have found have dimples on the outside which I believe will make it difficult, if not impossible, to fit them in the frame. It enlarges the width ... (cont.)

Please see if you can identify them. Each side of the door has double rollers. They are adjustable but the screws are frozen. I don't know how to take them off, I removed the one mounting screw on the edge of the door, above the adjustment hole, but the roller assembly didn't budge. If you can't i ... (cont.)

My door fits a roller like Swisco's 81-265. Do you have a version with steel wheels? Or can I retrofit a steel wheel into it?

Is there a difference in the depth of the groove in the wheels between 81-087, 81-056 and 81-095? We ordered the 81-056 but it seems to not sit down on the track enough. It seems like it would

81-056 is identical except ball steel bearing wheels are 1-1/8 ". Thanks, John

We ordered 81-168 Tandem Roller Assembly, SS Wheels, but they are too wide. We need them to fit large Fleetwood sliding doors manufactured in 1983. The channel width is about 5/8". Do you have such units?

The 81-056 didn't end up working, the size and shape is correct but they are missing some extrusions to keep the wheel assemblies in the grooves and the wheels are too large. Do you have anything that looks like the attached photo.
