Hello, I do not know the manufacturer of the sliding glass door. The door has two holes in the front and no screws in the sides for adjustment. So, I think it uses one of the tandem roller designs that you have. I think it is one of the following: 81-018, 81-128, 81-141, 81-149, 81-182, 81-188. A ... (cont.)

As soon in the picture the present assembly has B on one side 7116-5 on the other and a capital A inside a circle. I believe the door is an Anderson but it's a least 20 years old. Need replacements for these Anderson patio door tandem rollers with numbers stamped on them as: 7163-2 on the outside casing and 7116-5 on the roller assembly. Closed length is 4 1/16" roller wheel end to roller wheel end by 1 1/4" tall rollers.
