I have a sliding glass door installed in 1999 needling replacement rollers. There is a plastic plug on the interior wood side that exposes a Philip screw slot, which I believe is the center of the bearings, but there is nothing on each end for adjusting the rollers up and down like you see on vide ... Not exactly the pictures you asked for but it's 11:10 pm and the door jammed. I pulled it and Mobil One'd it. And took some pictures. Hopefully the pictures are good enough. Thanks

As soon in the picture the present assembly has B on one side 7116-5 on the other and a capital A inside a circle. I believe the door is an Anderson but it's a least 20 years old. We did clean the old ones and the door is moving better but still seems to continue to not roll as easily as it did. T ... (cont.)

Need replacements for these Anderson patio door tandem rollers with numbers stamped on them as: 7163-2 on the outside casing and 7116-5 on the roller assembly. Closed length is 4 1/16" roller wheel end to roller wheel end by 1 1/4" tall rollers.

There's a #7116H-5 on cartridge that holds rollers.

How do I tell if I have a Anderson door. There is a hole on the bottom on each side. Per your web site the 81-128 looks like the correct rollers. Please let me know if this is correct,

Hi - This is from an Andersen "Terratone" (I think that's the right name) sliding glass door from the mid-1980s. I'm pretty certain it's the original roller. 7163-2 is stamped in the top. (See Photo). ThanksJohnny

Not sure of the door maker, but adjustment Philips screw is recessed on the inside of the door. Most of the rollers adjustment screws are located at the end of the door. Is there a place to find the manufactures name on sliding glass doors?
