Having problems with 8' wide Arcadia sliding door installed in single family home in 1970. 1. The handle broke and needs replacement. I can't find a replacement handle. I just purchased a house. The lock does not work on this door. Is there a mechanism that can replace it? Or do I need to buy a whole new handle? Patiorama Daryl Products Outside lock where key goes says 158

Our latch does not latch all the way or it latches where we can't open it. Put some grease on it and it helps . Probably needs to be replaced . We are getting ready to see our house next week and would like to have this resolved
