I just purchased a house. The lock does not work on this door. Is there a mechanism that can replace it? Or do I need to buy a whole new handle? Patiorama Daryl Products Outside lock where key goes says 158

Our latch does not latch all the way or it latches where we can't open it. Put some grease on it and it helps . Probably needs to be replaced . We are getting ready to see our house next week and would like to have this resolved

The door was drilled to install this all on the room side of the door without having to install interior parts to the glass door. Only marks are: Canadian Patent No. 919213 Patented: 1973 PAT. Sliding screen and windows use the same latches. The striker, or fixed half of latch is what is broken.

Hi, you would think this would be easy. I will also provide photos but I have a Pella (1 3/4") thick door which I measured where latch is. I'm guessing this is not common because all third-party products with 6 5/8" bolt holes only fit doors 1" to 1 1/8" thick. Why??? Did I measure thickness of doo ... (cont.)

I do not see any markings on the exterior or interior. The key is a Hillman number 66 - KW1. We are looking to replace the exterior keyed piece. Also the interior handle. I believe the wall latch bracket is included, but we would like that as well. Thank you, Jeffrey

The mounting screw nuts that are cast in the exterior handle are broken off. The spacing between the mounting holes is 5 5/8". It looks just like your part number 82-086 with the exception of the mounting hole distance. The distance from the top mounting hole to the center of the locking mechanism ... (cont.)

Hi, I have swisco 82-002 already installed and looking to add a handle on it. can you please let me know, how i can add a handle wihtout cutting to the Door. i am ok to replace the lock but i dont want to cut the door frame.
