82-020 Mortise Style Handle Set, 3-15/16"

I'm a tenant and the luck similar to the photo in your post above, on slide glass patio door broken from inside.it is an old door and I lived here over ten years now. I have learned it's mortise lock but not sure what type "vertical or 45 degree"

My door handle latch does not lock, seems loose. Would I need a replacement lock latch?

Would you guys have a replacement slider handle similar to my old one in the photos. Thank youRock

I'm looking for a sliding glass patio door lock - current lever lock shown in attached pics - but I would like to get one with an external key lock if that's an option.

I had the first lock for twenty years before it broke they sent me a new one and it didn't even last 6 months. I could use some help. I think it's 82-211. if you could I'd it with out me taking it back out. If not no big deal. I'll do it if needed. Thank you have a good day.

Our patio door is original with the house, which was built in the early 90s. The house's original windows were made by Shelter. Need a replacement for this lock. Dimensions from top to bottom screws are about 3 9/16" apart. The circular portion is 1/2" wide by about 3 3/16" end to end. Also curious about the visible lever (that flips up and down on the other side) that triggers the hook lock. Does that come with the lock by ... (cont.)

screw spacing 47/8" Upper is lock on on side and flat handle pull. Lower is a pull with handle on one side and a flat handle pull on the other . Lever is not working smoothly and doesn't always engage. There is a tiny spring on the mortise that appears to have broken at one end? I ordered 80-020 assembly for my mother's patio door, but now that it has arrived I can see that the locking mechanism on 80-005 is probably what I should have ordered. Can you help me confirm what is the correct replacement assembly? Also, can the handle from 80-020 be used with the 80-005 set? B ... (cont.)

Hello. I am looking to replace the door handle, outdoor pull and latch. Will item 82-020 work? The length from the black pierce to the handle is about 2 inches instead of 2 1/2 inches and the outdoor pull is 7 1/4 long.

I am looking to add the missing key lock and replace the handle if needed, looking for suggestions.

The interior latch functions intermittently (part that secures it in place appears to be broken) and the key cylinder housing is missing the part that secures it in place. The lock works with some cajoling but need replacement bits if available.
