I have a SEMCO wood sliding patio door. The OEM replacement is SEMCO SS101, but I only need the handle set because I’ve already replaced the mortise hook lock. The mounting holes are 3-15/16” center-to-center. I’m looking for an equivalent or compatible replacement instead of purch ... (cont.)

Broken latch

the two handle and lock parts as well as the inside lock thing which was taken out by my locksmith.

My glass door lock isn't latching. Hava ST rental and someone probably closed the door hard with the latch up. Need to find a replacement for this piece. It has a canadian patent from 1973 on it. Can't find a brand but need help with what to replace it with. Thank you

I have an older sliding glass door that is a bout 30 years old. The locking mechanism has broken and fallen down into the door when I tried to remove it to replace. I would like to replace the entire mechanism. Can you help me? Thank you

I am looking for a replacement hardware for my patio door. I don't see any markings on the brand but on the inside of the exterior pull it does say FPL Door Lock and then two letters I can't make out and the number 19. Can you help identify the part.

Hi I have several of these doors; one of the handles has broken on the exterior; the portion connecting the wooden part to the black plate against the door has snapped - it is a purely exterior break, not involving any parts internal to the latch or lock. I have a black in finish and wooden handle sliding door handle that I need to replace. The lock has failed. Screws are 4" apart.

I beleive it is a Vetter door from the early 90's. There appears to be a spring inside that doesn't move when the latch is rotated.

Looking for a replacement. Interior side the metal is cracked in half.I believe this is a Marvin door but not sure its from 1994.The screw spread is 3 15/16".
