Good morning, I recently purchased the 82-043 thumb latch, and am having issues making the connection due to the width of my door being 2 inches. Any suggestions on what is needed to make the install work?

Hi, it's the part that goes insides the door. Trying to lock it is an enigma encased in wood and vinyl. It's action is too loose making the upward motion of the actual latch unpredictable. Thoughts on how to fix?

The piece has 2sets of numbers. 2573562 and 7700A64. We only need the part above and not the kit. Can you guys help?? Patti

Looking for a keeper for the andersen door pictures provided. I believe the correct keeper is 08-017 It appears that the door touches the jamb thus not allowing a protruding keeper.

I a looking for the internal latching mechanism for the door internal also need a striker plate for the other part of the latch.

The lock although old still works but lever to operate it is loose. The entire mechanism should be replaced but for now only the handle to open and close is loose. There are no numbers for identification. It is an Andersen door. Thanks
