I have tried a few patches from the local big box store but everything seems to be just a little bit off. Any help is appreciated in identifying and procurement of a replacement. I need the part that actually goes on the door ... I have the part that it locks into as the picture shows. I'm having a hard time finding the part that fits into the actual door . All I can find is locks that are squared off instead of oval. Can you please help me?

Hello! I'm looking for a replacement for the above pictured lock. The spring in the latch mechanism has broken, so the latch kind of just flops around. It still sort of works, but without the spring, you have to fish the latch out of the receptacle at times. Thanks! Mike

Mortice lock is 3 1/4" assembly without screw posts (4" including screw posts) long, 1/2" wide, 1 1/8" deep (1 5/8" including lock hook) and mounting screws are 3 11/16" between mounting screws.
