I need to replace the door handle set on my sliding patio door, and hoping you could help.

The mortise opening is 3" Screw spacing is 3 3/4"

I'm looking to find a replacement door handle that locks like the one in the picture.

Hoping you can identify mfg and strange 4 hole handle pattern. No handle/mortise hardware. 2 wheeled roller assembly. 1 rusted. Stationary panel doesn't remove. Vinyl welded corner design. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, we have a Mercer sliding patio door with a broken lock. We are looking for a replacement lock part. The handles are fine. We just need the lock part. The door was manufactured in 1996 or 1995 Thank you!

To whom this may concern, I bought a 3 inch 11/16 inch ... 3/16 lock and it's the correct height, however the back of the lock does not fit in our sliding door. The mortise lock hole in our sliding door is oval shaped, and not rectangular. I attached pictures to this email to better help understand ... (cont.)

Needed a replacement handle for a Paramount Sliding door

Need replacement for existing mortise lock.

I've purchased 3 different mortise locks for my slider and they all measure 3 3/16 for the part that goes into the door. My door opening for that part of the mortise is only 3 1/16 or maybe 3 2/16. Do they sell this anywhere or am I going to have to get as new slider altogether?

A regular universal handle from Lowes doesnt work as the lock is offset. I'm looking for a handle that the dog cant jump on the latch and lock me out. So a shorter latch handle is preferred

The handles are fine but the lock mechanism is broken and the flip lever does not seem to go in very far . It does not seem to be broken.

Lock mechanism, latch, will not engage keeper. Lock knob will turn, but lock will not engage
