Door Handle replacement
This is a photo of my door. The broken piece is obvious. Mid-screw to mid-screw is 4". Can I replace only the broken piece, or do I need to buy both the in and out handles? Also, which part should I get? Thanks!

Patio Door Lock
Hi Our slider latch somehow got jammed and now will not lock. Do I need to replace the entire handle or can I just replace the insides? I have attached a couple of pictures. The knob that we turn does feel a little jiggly

Rollers for a Pella sliding glass door from the early 80's
I have a Pella Sliding Glass Door that need the rollers replaced (one side is bad) and the small knob to lock the door is broken. The house was built in 1982-1983. Can you provide me the measurements from the locking keyway center line to the back of the mortise lock and then from the locking keyway center line to the bottom of the mortise lock. Mortiss for Door Handle
I need two sliding door handle sets which I believe to be 82-033. The mortiss for the lock is 1 inch across and looks to be 3 15-16 high. Turning lever wont move
my sliding door looks form out side with the key, but when try to lock form inside using turning lever, it doesn't lock some time. every time we pull down to lock, it release back. after couple of attempt it locks but if we try to roll around the door side ways it unlock. do you think that is it tur ...
