I have a 72 x 80 Phillips sliding door installed in my home. I need to replace the glass door handle and screen door handle. The company is out of business. I would like to know if you have compatible parts. I am sending several pictures of the items I need. Thank you

Hello. I've been unable to locate a replacement lock from the local home supply stores. We are selling the house and need to get this fixed. I'm hoping you can point us in the right direction.

Please tell me which latch lever to use for this inside door handle. I recently ordered and received 82-218 mortise lock, 82-310 key lock, and 82-240 multi-point mortise latch lever which is the incorrect part. Thank you for your help, Vance

Hi I work at SeaVenture Resort and looking for 17 of these mortises. My question is what is the overall width of the farthest outside measurements of this mortise lock product code #82-218. In the pic it shows 1 1/16" to the mounting bracket. Mine is like 1 1/8" and overall its 1 1/4" wide. The W&F/ ... (cont.)

I have purchased a new lock but have not inserted it yet. Which way does the hook go into the door jamb--does the hook go down to latch or up into latch? How you get the old mortise lock out and replae it in an American Craftsman Vinyl door? I have found the parts in your catalog which match the one I have in the door but unsure how to get the lock out and put the new one in... the part is Product Code: 82-218 round face. The 82-218 latch appears to be the exact replacement for my sliding glass door , which I have actually located in San Antonio Tx, BUT my latch has a extra escutchion type part that fits around the oval part of the latch and over the monting holes of the latch. I had a local glass company come out and estimate $250 to fix my door because I could not find hardware for it at Lowe's or Home Depot.
