I am trying to identify if one of your mortise locks will work for my MI Windows & Doors Sliding Glass Door. I have attached photos. I know it needs a 45 degree latch and I bought a supposed universal one that would not work as the pin on the lever was just a little too thick.

I cannot locate any names or numbers on the handle or the door. House is 6 year old Ryan track home. Found paperwork in a drawer that says Ply Gem but not sure if that relates to the handle. Handle kit needed. Sash Controls Inc. Number on inside of outside handle. 1963 1 Can't move the door at all. Door is in closed position. Need advice on how to open door in order to replace handles.

when we unlock our IWC patio door handle, the mechanism that causes the door to be locked "retreats" all the way into the casing (IMG 6624). We have to dig it out with a screwdriver and then we can lock the door. What do we need to buy to replace this mechanism? And, how hard is it for someone who i ... (cont.)

Do you have a replacement part for my sliding glass door? Mine doesn't have a "2" after the last number. Hole to hole measurement is 5.4/10".

The locking mechanism inside our sliding glass door handle stopped working today. The latch that comes out of the handle side and connects to the bracket on the door frame isn't coming out or up enough to connect anymore. It barely comes out at all now. Sticker on door reads: NAMI NFRC 100/200 Code: HWM SPEC:NFRC Series: 2030 SGD MST: 6080 The sliding door has the handle. The locking mechanism on the stationary door is missing.

Do I just have to replace the latch for handle or does it come all together? I know I saw the bottom security latch on your site. Currently have no lock on door.

Trying to locate proper sized latch (mortise?) with handle for my 40 year old patio door. I'm including some pix and dimensions that may be helpful. Please let me know if I can give you any more info. The door is 1 3/4" thick. The old latch is simply wearing out.Thanks,Duane

We replaced our handles a few years ago but now the locking mechanism isn't catching. We have the 82-069 3-15/16" sliding glass door handle set. What should I purchase to fix this lock?

Need to replace the mortise lock mechanism.

The mortise is 6"x7/8 the screws are 51/4 the handle screws are 3 7/8" apart. I need the handle as well as the latch
