Good morning, I need help identifying the attached for replacement. 3/8 tube 17 inches long Window lock aprox 1 5/8 center to center on the screw holes Need screw too

We removed spiral balance (23 inch red tip) and could only find remnants of the shoes. We've purchased the balances from swisco with 15-012 shoes. my house was built in the early 60s in Florida. This is all that bis left of the sashes, they are non-tilt windows, I have two, and all balances are in bad shape. any help would be great.

The windows are about 25 years old. The balance is a spring with a rod through it, attached to a tilt shoe with a string. The tracks are 1 1/4 x 5/8 inch.

I need help finding the correct spiral non tilt balance.

I bought my house in 1968. It has spiral balances in one window, dating to 1966. The windows measure 52" W x 26" H The bottom sash moves up and down on plastic spiral 23" long, 3/8" wide. Hi I need 20 balances. I believe I need the series 300 ones. Mine are 21 inches long, 3/8 inches wide, red tip. My windows are non tilt single hung aluminum windows from the mid 70s.
