Hello..what will be the max width of this roller with pin installed? I have screen that has opening of only 3/8..will this 84-017 fit? I can not have pin or screw taised bigger than total 3/8 from side to side. Thank you

I have an Acorn sliding door (1996) on which the screen door corners and rollers are shot. Your part number Product Code: 84-026 is the correct dimensions, except the wheel size. Yours is 15/16". I dont know the brand of my sliding screen door but mine had these plastic corner inserts. Theyre 1-1/8 just like the 95-020 Acorn, but my piece appears to be just about a hair above 3/8 wide. Attached is a picture of our screen door roller. The roller wheel itself is riveted to the frame. There are no marks on the roller. The screen door handle has "PGT" with the number 1805 on it.

I purchased what I thought was the right part but the original part is larger than the new one. Original part #60-03 (small 5). The width is 2 1/8" 4 3/8" long. In any case I need the correct part and I need to return the 24 that I purchased for the 6 screen doors I need to fix.
