I am missing the latch piece (circled in red)for the locking hook to engage. I was wondering if you had a replacement. Ty James

I have attached several photos of the damaged strikers for my two PGT Series 2500 sliding glass door closures. The best I can read the numbers off the lock/handle are 45-8403, and then it also reads Pat No.4.024.739 Delta Industrial Systems. I hope this is enough to get this part. Please let me know what else you need me to provide as I would like to get this ordered. Thank you.

Screw holes are 6 1/2" on center. Cannot find match on your website.

My parents 1980 condo has the original handle but the replaced the lock/striker in the door frame for a doggy door unit. Now I'm needing to put door lock back, HELP! Need complete locking kit.

I found a replacement patio door 6 5/8" handle on your site, but I do not know what the part is called that it locks into. What I have looks like a 2 3/4" plate.

Just received the new lock and keys 88-002k. But I think I need the lock keeper.

I'm trying to find replacement mortise locks for glass sliding door as pictured above. I did not see any obvious markings but I didn't know to look. I have an old mortise lock on a sliding patio door which no longer seems to function properly to engage with the keeper. It is a keyed exterior lock. Photos show the keeper, the exterior of the lock and the interior of the lock. Outside it locks with a key. Inside it uses a little slide mechanism ... (cont.)

I looking for some bottom window guides. They maybe rollers but they look like guides/pads that the window rides on when opening and closing.
