90-005 Window Sash Lock, 2-1/4"

I ordered two balance springs and the two pieces at the top of the window which work with the balance spring, i believe. The balance springs are A-OK, but the top pieces do not fit. Picture is for the needed style. The latch I just discovered broken, and have not seen it on the site, so any advic ... (cont.)

There are no identifying marks on either the window or the latch. The tab projects out about 1/2" when in the locked position. It is 2-1/2" centerline between the mounting holes. The grid paper is 1/4". The windows are approximately 5 years old, installed in Southern California.

One of my window's upper and lower latches broke . What would be a good replacements ? Upper latch screw to screw -2 1/4 in.? Wide 1 3/4 length 4 inches Lower latch - length 3 1/2 in. Both Imperial brand .
