Part number 40640 former manufactured by the window factory.

I have a flat front mounter jeeped that is 9/16 high and 2 screw holes are separated by 1". The depth is 1/8" at the thickest point (the hook). Do you have this part? Also, which part would be the matching sash lock?

Attached are photos of the part installed and removed (on 1/10" graph paper). The only marking is a "MDC 5" stamped inside the outline of Texas. The lock screw holes are 2-1/16" apart, like several of your locks, and the lock is 2-13/16" long and 1-5/16" from front to back. The keeper is 2-1/4 ... (cont.)

I'm looking for face mount keepers for my sweep locks. The sweepers "sweep" a radius of 7/8th inch, so I think I need a keeper with an opening of double that or 1 & 3/4th inches. Is this the widest face mount model that you have? Here's a photo of the sweeper side. Thanks, Jason

On your website I found the Rollyson facekeeper that i need to get (90-237), but it looks like you don't carry the corresponding lock for it. I'm looking to get a few sets of them and not just the keepers. Do you car both the lock and face keeper.
