18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

please help identify this top sash guide and channel balance

The sash cam measures 1 3/8 inches long, 1/2 inches channel width, and 1/2 inches channel depth lower part.

Most of my windows have at least one of these broken. The balances are 1/2" by 30". I'm going to need maybe 20 of these. Might as well replace them all if they are broken/breaking.

Here are photos of our current sash guides. The top part looks to be broken.

These are stamped with 27 (see photo) but do not know how to determine the weight. Here are the pictures. I am looking to purchase 16 of them to replace in a home my son just purchased

This part screws into the top of the window inside the channel. I guess it's a top sash guide, but I have no clue which one will work.

Can you please find and order two of these clips?

I need to replace the part that is screwed to the top portion of the sash. It is the piece that engages the top part of the channel balance as I slide the sash down. I have been purchase the 351- series of channel balances. I have other views if you need follow up

length is 17", shoe and top have no wings I think the replacement is the S390. Please confirm. Also need the the top sash guides. Please provide the part numbers. Thank you

I need to order new balancer's For my windows. I also need to order the piece that holds the balancer to the window.

I have single hung windows. 28 inch long balances, half inch wide. Stamped 2 7 3 0 (backward C) BSI. There have never been take out clips. See photos of window frame. Hello, I have (1) windows with this set of balances. The sash weighed 32.2lbs The length of the metal was 26-5/8" long. This window failed so if there is an alternate channel stamp with the correct corresponding weight I provided, I'd like to explore using a standard length. Thank you, Robert ... (cont.)

I need 4, 1/2" wide, 24" length channel balances. The base is winged and appears to be 1-1/8" deep front to back. The old channel is marked with 23B u.s.b. The window frame is extruded aluminum and weighs about 13-Lbs. Also would like your help with top sash guide affixed to window sash frame. I b ... (cont.)

The balance is 24 inches long and marked 23c. Also I need replacement caps for top of window itself. They are black and 5/8 by 5/8 internal measurement. Top is flat and measures 7/8 by 3/4. The windows are approximately 40 years old. Thank you. Mike

Metal channel is 32 5/8 long Stamp says 32-5 Milgard...likely in 2004 (when the home was built) 16 balances (8 windows...all the same size) I weighed one of the windows...they should be all the same: 27 pounds

Balance rods are 11 in on metal part.also need the window top caps white plastic
