Need to find this part.

I have a Milgard single/double-hung window with SO# 178719, Line 005. The balancer is broken on both sides so the window does not stay open and does not move cleanly within the track.

Measures 1.5" x 5/8" x 9/16"

Hello, I don't know what this is called and I don't know what size I need. I didn't have a measuring tape, so i used a 20 oz bottle cap for size reference. Can you tell me what part to get?

Windows were installed in 1995 new construction. I understand the company went out of business when the standards changed. I can't find a manufacturer name. The latch seems to say "Western Products" but that could just be the latch. Several of ,y sash cams are broken, usually when the channel ba ... (cont.)

This piece is attached to the channel on the side of my kitchen window. I replaced the block and tackle window balance and this is the piece that catches onto it when reinstalling the window but it is broken. The balance is 32-5 and 33" if that helps. The broken piece has "M513" on it. ... (cont.)

Hi my window balance needs to be replaced. I have the proper pieces for that. The photo shows a plastic piece that broke off that basically anchors the balance to move window up and down. what is this piece called and where can I purchase it?

I found that the left top sash guide is broken. Please, help to identify the part number. I uploaded pictures of the broken one (left side and top) and the one that seems to be intact (right one, side view)

this part is 5/8 and attached to the window and catches the guide. the top portion is broken. Please help me identify the correct part to order.

I need to order 10 channel balances and 20 sash guides. Please see pictures. The windows are single hung (they do not tilt) and the metal part of the channel is 30" (not the overall just the metal). There are no markings on the channel balance.

Hi i I need a couple of the window balances to my Viking window, along with the window piece that screws into the window and catches on the balance. The black plastic end cap would be nice too

I was hoping you could identify what replacement balance and sash guides I need. The channel balances are 28" long and have "27 3" stamped on them. This was the best I could get as far as the guide. The other side didn't even have one. It seems to be 18-009? Thanks!
