25.5" 25 5 Milgard 2002 10 balances and 10 of the window mounted bracket the matches up with the top of the balance since some have cracked.

I researched all you top sash guides on your website and cannot find one with the dimensions I need. The CWS windows are 23 years old.

Attached is a photo of a plastic clip I am needing to replace for a sliding window. The window is approximately 48 X 29 weighing 35 lbs. The slot size is approximately 3/4 inch wide. Please advise.

Can you help me identify which channel balance replacement parts and top sash I need for my windows? The length of the balance is 28"

From your mesurment photos this appears to be a 28 inch S390 with a 2740 stamp. However, the 1 1/8 width is 1 3/32. This could be from wear. I'm getting these parts from the floor that fell out during operation of opening the window. The sash guide found, in the pile of parts, does not match any of ... (cont.)

Good morning, I have Milgard aluminum single hung windows. The white plastic clips on each side of the top of the operational windows are broke. if I could get six of these hardware parts please. in addition, I need six of the metal take out clips. Thank you for your assistance.

These are the plastic parts that attach to the actual window that the spring system pushes against the spring I have is a 1610, also have a 2220 x

1) I have identified the channel balance that I need S385-35". I need a little help with the sash weight. The attach picture includes the stamp on the channel. would this mean 34 pounds? 2) what is the part number for the small plastic piece attached to the window frame in this picture? ... (cont.)

I have a 1/2 inch, 26-inch long spring pulley balance. The bottom shoe is 1" wide. I think the spring tension is 25, per the stamp on the spine. I also need replacement guides for the tops of the sash. The nylon has deteriorated and cracked. Thanks! You have a great resource here. ... (cont.)

I have two windows sizes from a bronze frame window made by Viking. sirca 1995.size one. stamped bsi 2830second size stamped bsi 2840third. is a piece that fits to the top of the window that keeps the guide from popping upHere are some pictures.
