18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Looks like top sash guide on both corners is broken. The width of the channel is 0.5 inches. I would also like to know the channel balance replacement part for my existing channel balance. The channel balance marking is 17 2

I'm looking to replace the attached 5/8" top sash guides in my windows. I am also replacing the balances with your 377 model. Let me know of any questions and thank you!

These are 1/2 inch wide. What is the correct part number?

Could not see any markings. Considering replacement parts 18-192, 18-008H, 18-064, or 18-115. Please advise if any of these is better or another replacement. Thanks!

I have two different type on same window one looks like s351 or s390 one looks like s380 or s385 probaly have been replaced before and not sure which is correct also clip on window is broken. See photo

No markings or names found on product.

1st pic is the bottom of spring assist, does not appear to be hooked properly. Is there something missing? pic 2 is the top of sash and top of assist pic 3 and 4 is glass stop in need of replacment

Current balances are marked 32-9, but the metal channel measures 33". Looks like s385 with the 1-3/32 bottom. do I order 33"? Do I need the upgrade spring?

Need full replacement both sides of a door window. It has 22 10 stamped on side. Plastic pieces screwed into the top corner of the lower sash are also deteriorated.

Please let me know replacement info.

I have a small window with failed balances and broken hardware. The balances are 16" long and 1/2" wide. I've provided photos of the balances with a photo of the stamp, as well as the balance clips/brackets. I appreciate your help. Please respond as needed.
