The sash has a plastic part (fitting) on each side facing the vertical frame. This plastic part interfaces with the balance. On one side of the sash the plastic fitting is broken where the balance has nothing to push against. Does your company supply the sash plastic fitting for MW brand. Picture ... (cont.)

I just received 2 Swisco channel balance replacements (S385-33) for one of windows. When I tried installing them, I was having more trouble than I expected (I've done this repair on other windows on the house with Swisco parts). there is a part that attaches to each top corner of the window and apparently, they what hold the top portion of the channal balance in place. On my windows, they are all broken as you can see from the photo so there is no way for the balance to work properly. Can you provide replacements for thes ... (cont.)

We took these out of the windows that r currently in my home. It allows the window to go up and down, but currently no working and need to replace them. There is a #2730 on these.

I took off a broken block & tackle balance in a 20-yer in Milgard window sash. I easured it: its metal channel is 33" long, it is 1/2" wide (actually measures 9/16"), it has a printed stamp on it reading "32-4" and both plastic ends have wings.
