18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Do you carry this part? I think it's called a window side balance guide. The vertical sliding window was made by Window Masters.

Need 4 balances per photos The metal is slightly over 30" They do not have any numbers nor markings

I've included the pics, there are 2 balances per window. I have 2 identical windows with bad balances so I guess I need a total of 4, 2 for each window. I am looking for a replacement part for a top sash guide. I am no handy person but I think the measurements are 1" wide, 11/16 deep and 1 5/16 tall. thank youMollie

Hi there, The stamp on the channel balance says " 30 3 KN Caldwell". Could you please suggest a right replacement and a compatible top sash? Thanks, Dmitry

Hi, I have a few windows with the balance slided out. Is it something that can be fixed by replacing the balance or something else. I don't see any physical damages on the balance itself.
