18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

I have a broken top sash guide which is 5/8" wide and I believe the distance from the top of the part to the round screw hole is 11/16" -- full measurement is shown. I don't see this exact part on your site, can you please show me something that would work?

I am looking for the parts in these photos. It's for a window that won't stay up. Please help, and thanks!

can you help identify this part? i recently ordered the channel balance and found out the top sash guide also needs to be replaced. it broked on one side but will order 2 pcs as the "good" side needs to be replaced as well. thank you

Hi. I'm looking for replacement parts for these window sash guards that fit in the side of the window panes. The balance size I'm using is 26 inch but these fit in the side of the actual window. Thanks

They are for a non-tilt window. The window balances are 1/2" wide and 23" long. The are marked 2210. Thank you for your assistance.

These are 30 year old Milgard aluminum windows. I was replacing the channels (26 4 DO Caldwell ) when I realized that some of the cams were broken. I'm hoping you have these!

This is the piece that attaches to the window itself that is a stopper for the channel slider.

I ordered a couple of sash guides, 18-009, and balances, S390-29 Option 2810. I thought I was ordering the correct replacement parts but there are some differences. The 18-009 sash guide looks like it’s 55/64”w x 11/16d x 1 11/32h. The original sash guide is 7/8”w x 11/16”d x ... (cont.)

I need to replace several balances on 3 windows (so far). The metal channel 28 inches long, and it is not a swinging window. It is stamped 27C. I do not know the weight strength needed. 1. Replacing the Channel Balance, and I believe I need S385-25. Existing Channel Balance parts are 1/2" x 25", and the bottom piece measures 1 3/32" deep. Hello, I'm pretty sure I found the right channel guide(s) (22" Series 390 Channel Balance, 2140 strength) but am having a hard time identifying the sash guide. I don't have great measurements as I had to put the window with the remaining sash guide back in but I believe it's 1 3/8" tall. Thanks! ... (cont.)
