Hi, I am in need of some sash guides that broke off my windows due to age. As such I am unable to get the springs to catch onto the window. This piece is broken and I have supplied the model for the windows and hopefully you could get me this piece because I need a bunch of them. It seems most are broken in the house and the windows can't stay opened

This is the set of vinyl window sash guides I will need, The window weighs approx. 17 lbs.

This is from a Jordan Window installed in 1990. I ordered 18-009 but it's about 1/4 inch too short. I'm thinking I need 18-199. Can you please confirm? I don't see that piece of aluminum in the pictures of 18-199 but maybe they don't include that after market? Thanks. Lynne

Will be using with S800-29 3/8" wide channel

I need 2 top sash guides for an aluminum style window installed on a house built in 1989 in Jacksonville, FL. My window balances vary (24" & 29") I believe they are 9/16" channel balances

The balancer is labeled "AA CMC 11". I also need the plastic piece that attaches to the the sash itself (this looks like it's coming up as the first picture). I have additional photos if needed.

I believe these are called "balancer cams" or " top sash guides". I have several broken in my home causing the block and tackle to not engage the sash. The only markings on the windows AAMA certification stickers. Photos attached. Thanks for your help
