18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

This is from a Jordan Window installed in 1990. I ordered 18-009 but it's about 1/4 inch too short. I'm thinking I need 18-199. Can you please confirm? I don't see that piece of aluminum in the pictures of 18-199 but maybe they don't include that after market? Thanks. Lynne

Hello, needed to order new window balances for most of my windows. Want to make sure I'm ordering the correct size. Thank you.

Will be using with S800-29 3/8" wide channel

I need 2 top sash guides for an aluminum style window installed on a house built in 1989 in Jacksonville, FL. My window balances vary (24" & 29") I believe they are 9/16" channel balances

The balancer is labeled "AA CMC 11". I also need the plastic piece that attaches to the the sash itself (this looks like it's coming up as the first picture). I have additional photos if needed.

This part is on our window. I need to replace the other side which is broken

I have the following sash cam. Can you tell me which product nunber is most similar to the above dimensions. It is about 20 years old and I have no idea who made the windows. Thanks.

I believe these are called "balancer cams" or " top sash guides". I have several broken in my home causing the block and tackle to not engage the sash. The only markings on the windows AAMA certification stickers. Photos attached. Thanks for your help

Custom balance

The broken one is original. The white one is willing to replace a couple years ago. Can you recommend the right part to repair it is thank you. Also, do you sell the little metal clips that hold the guide in place by you repair the window

Guide for 27" Series 351 channel balance

This part is located in the glass window frame. It is a stop for the balance channel and is held with one screw in the top of the window frame. The latch on the window frame says "Prime#windo". stamped 2990 38, 30" long, 5/8" wide. End pieces appear identical to what was shown in your video "How to Identify Replacement Channel Balances"
