Guide for 27" Series 351 channel balance

This part is located in the glass window frame. It is a stop for the balance channel and is held with one screw in the top of the window frame. The latch on the window frame says "Prime#windo". Hi, I'm looking for a replacement piece for this black plastic piece that screws into the top of the channel of our window. It seems to be the piece that keeps the channel balance from going beyond the top of the window. Thank you! Vickie

Just received the S385-30 : 30" Series 385 Channel Balance replacements from you and realized I have several stops broken on the windows. Can you tell me what I need from the attached picture? Do I need any kind of stop on the Botton of the window too?

Hello! I purchased the S385 above and I am having issues with the window "catching" the 'heel-to-toe' of the channel balance. My window is a bit wonky but I am wondering if there is an identical channel balance but with an even longer 'heel-to-toe' measurement that would help with supporting the win ... (cont.)

I believe it's a window balance stop. It is attached to the top of my Millard window. It is the piece that engages the new balances I bought from SWISCO.
