18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

I need to replace the balancers on my Milgard Vinyl window. The window is approximately 20 years old. sash weighs approximately 16 lbs, channel is 1/2" in width metal part of balancer is 21" long There is also a little plastic part that's 5/8" x 1/2". Hi, I'm looking for a replacement piece for this black plastic piece that screws into the top of the channel of our window. It seems to be the piece that keeps the channel balance from going beyond the top of the window. Thank you! Vickie

Just received the S385-30 : 30" Series 385 Channel Balance replacements from you and realized I have several stops broken on the windows. Can you tell me what I need from the attached picture? Do I need any kind of stop on the Botton of the window too?

Hello! I purchased the S385 above and I am having issues with the window "catching" the 'heel-to-toe' of the channel balance. My window is a bit wonky but I am wondering if there is an identical channel balance but with an even longer 'heel-to-toe' measurement that would help with supporting the win ... (cont.)

I believe it's a window balance stop. It is attached to the top of my Millard window. It is the piece that engages the new balances I bought from SWISCO.

Slightly over 25" 1/2 end of frame to frame.

Number on part that is visible on one side of window: 11 2 KW CMC 7

I am trying to find a replacement for this cam. I'm finding close measurements but not exact. The windows are about 21 years old.

I'm seeking a top sash guide that is in the images that I have provided

My sash windows no longer stay within teh channel. Were it not for burglar bars, they would drop right out. How do I correct this problem. Pl see photo. The last parts i ordered some years ago were item #S351-23 (channel balance) option 2210. HOpefully that gives you an idea of the type of windows ... (cont.)
