I am trying to find a replacement for this cam. I'm finding close measurements but not exact. The windows are about 21 years old.

Help , my windows won't stay up and nobody can help me because the window are very heavy. This is what came out of the window. Do you have something that can replace the existing ones. Thank you in advance for your time.

I'm seeking a top sash guide that is in the images that I have provided

My sash windows no longer stay within teh channel. Were it not for burglar bars, they would drop right out. How do I correct this problem. Pl see photo. The last parts i ordered some years ago were item #S351-23 (channel balance) option 2210. HOpefully that gives you an idea of the type of windows ... (cont.)

I just received the correct b&t balance, thank you but discovered a broken top ash guide. It is 1 1/2" long, 9/16 deep, & 5/8" wide. I didn't find an exact match in your site but if it can be special ordered or a top sash that will work if possible. Thank you for the help

The white plastic tab shown in the photo is broken. It screws inside the channel at the edge of the vinyl sash frame near the top. Not sure what it does.

Require assistance in identifying channel balance and sash guide parts for Milgard Window. I looked on all sides, including inside the channel balance and could not find any markings or numbers that would help identify the part.
