S300-24 24" Series 300 Spiral Balance

my house was built in the early 60s in Florida. This is all that bis left of the sashes, they are non-tilt windows, I have two, and all balances are in bad shape. any help would be great.

We are in search of the swivel balance replacement parts for some very old aluminum windows in our apartment complex. These apartments were built in the 1970's and we are slowly replacing the windows but still have quite a few of these older ones. The length we need is 24"

I need help finding the correct spiral non tilt balance.

I am looking for replacement sash guides for my window. The pictures included are both the upper and lower sash guides. I am also looking to replace the balances as well. These windows must date from the mid 1960's since that was when the home was built. Thank you all for your time! ... (cont.)

I need window balances. I could not utilize the Add Photo button but they are 24 inch. Can someone help me identify the correct one? Thank you

I recently bought a house that was built in the 60's. None of the windows will stay up. The old spiral rods have a red tip & are 24 inches long. Do I need the bottom sash clips in order to properly install the rods? Are there any other parts that will be required? Could you explain how to insta ... (cont.)
