Hi I need a total of 14 window balance sets I have 9 that are 34 in Long and have a number on it that says 3340 and has a sideways marking that says tsf. it is weird though because some of the same size ones have the same number but have a u at the back end of it says 3340U tsf. This is an aluminum window frame and it is a non-tilt window. It is a 1/2 inch channel and the channel is 22 inches long. The part number (in photo) looks like 2140. Hi, first time replacing window channel balances. Is the sash weight range referring to the weight of the window?

The spring or roller seems to be damaged such that the window will not stay up after it is raised; it just slides back down.
