Hi, I am looking to replace the window balance on 2 windows. Window one has the marking 2120 B.S.I and the second window has the marking 21 3 BSI. The top and bottom of the balances are identical. The windows are the same height of window and sash, the only difference is the width: window 1 is 21", ... (cont.)

Hi I need two of these for a sliding glass window 46 1/2 x 46 1/2 inches. The number on the balances is 21403. Please email me if you need more info. What replacement balancers should I order? It says 2120, measures 22" in length and the bottom piece is a bit less than 1"

need a pair of 2140 channel balances...mine have "B.S.I." stamped sideways just above the 2140 number. Not sure what that means...if anything. I ordered a set of channel balances (different size) from you about 6 months ago.

I need four of these channel balances. I also need the part that attaches to the top corner of the window, I will send a photo separately.

Good day- I have 2 windows that appear to have balances that are broken or close to breaking. There are no window clips in any of the frames, so I will need those as well. Appreciate any assistance you may provide to make sure I order the appropriate parts. Thank you. Chris

Clip has broken off sash balance. Looking for replacement. Balance length is 22 inches not including caps on ends. 2140 P is the number stamped on the side.

These are Vinyl Therm take out vinyl windows. There are two per opening and the opening size or double window opening is 51 x 48" tall.

Hello! Hoping you can help me as these windows have been a nightmare for us. They've never worked properly and remain closed year round.
