Hi, I need to replace some broken channel balances. From the photos on your Web site, it looks like I would need to order Series S350, but I would like to get your expert opinion before ordering.

The pics uploaded are of a ballast I got from you a few years ago. The window has barely been used, but there seems to be no problem. I am looking to replace two channel balances for the same window. They are 22in in length and 1/2in wide. They have been stamped with 2120 and the letters B.S.I. Hi Marianne. It looks like you want to replace your channel balances as well as your top sash guides. The channel balances are the 'rods' on the sides of the sash. They are spring-loaded mechanisms that allow the window to open and close at will. We can certainly replace these for you, but we will n ... (cont.)

I believe the 2140 is a series 350. Was told the 1420 might be custom because of the wheel in the bottom piece. Will need 2 of them.

Hi there: Not sure which part I need. These are pictures - the most telling is the stamping '2130bd' - the 21 is likely 21" tall. The '30bd' looks like an 'option' but I don't see any 'options of '30' for 21 - only 20? Could you please tell me which part I need? Thanks, Eddie

I recently purchased the S350-22 channel balance (with the 15-004 shoe) and it is 1/2" too long. My balance measures 21.5". The foot is also a little too tall.
