Good Afternoon. We had the string break on the balance for one of our windows so I am trying to decide which is the correct balance. The metal part of the balance measures 25 inches and is stamped 2420. In looking at the options you offer the closest that I have been able to find is product code ... (cont.)

I need to replace two 25 inch channel balnaces for a old Weather Sheild window .The channel balances have the numbers 2430 BA BST stamped on them.

We need to locate a Vinyl Therm Double hung 2440 balance. Can you please direct me to the correct page to order them? Thanks!

I am trying to replace the spring balances on my mother in law's old vinyl windows and am hoping you can help me with identifying the proper replacements so I can order them.

Looking to replace four window Channel Balances. The part number stamped on the balance is 2440 FD. Not sure what the FD means, if anything. The metal channel is 25" long and .563" wide. Photos of the end pieces are attached/included.
