S350-25 25" Series 350 Channel Balance

Hello,This balance is stamped with h A2435. the metal part is 25' long. the bottom shoe appears to match 15-004. The top shoe seems closest to 19-002. I'm thinking the series S385 would work, but the top shoe of those seem to come with top shoe 19-005 (winged). I really don't see why the winged to ... (cont.)

I think I need two (2) channel balances - 1/2 inch, 25 inch length for a non-tilt window. I think it's a series 350I need four (4) top sash guides 11/16 wide x 1 11/16 height. We have a few vinyl replacement window that we're sold by Ducana who've ceased operations likely 10+ years ago. The channel balances look like a common part to replace. We just purchased a home and we realized someone removed almost all the balances from all windows. The one we found looked like s350 (top and toe and they measured 25")but we left the house and failed to look for a stamp before we left. So I'm unsure what balancer to pick. Stamped on the balance is 2430 BSI. The metal part is 25 inches long.

2430 BSI is stamped on the long part. The cable broke when I was closing the window. The long metal part is 25 inches. I have photos showing its mate in the window and the stamped number.
