18-044 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco

looking to match this window balance and top sash guide. it is out of a lawson series 7000 window. the window balance has a marking of 2620 on it. it measures 27" in length.

I have all Kinco windows in my house and most are "sprung". That is the plastic piece that holds the spring in the sash frame is broken and the spring has flown to the top of each track.
