Kinco windows originally installed in 2002. Channel Balance is 30" long. There is a stamp 29 4 and then it looks like B1. Can you help me figure out which one I need. Also, any help on what top sash guide? They were plastic and broke. Thanks for your help.

I Have a customer w/several Kinco windows that have a broken top sash guide 18-166. these are plastic and the sun hase destoyed them .would the nylon 18-044 nylon fit and last any longer? Thanks, Bob

Have attached a photo for the window part we need to have to hold the window in place when it is in the up position. With out this part the window drops hard to the base. I would like 10 units. Thank you Roy

The piece is a white plastic piece that broke on the side of the window that covers the metal bar inside the window. The metal piece no longer is hidden and stays up even window the window is closed. The closest match I found is the 18-044. The screw is offset to the inside so I will have to enlarge the hole. Do you have a better match? I've already replaced a lot of 380 channel balances with the 19-005 tops and they work fine.

I think your part #18-044 top sash guide is the closest thing I can find to replace broken guides on my windows. Typically the little tab that catches on the spring breaks off. However the top of my guides is 7/8 by 182, not the 7/8 by 11/16 of your part. Can I use your 18-044 as a replacement on ... (cont.)

My top sash guides are breaking as they are 10 years old and plastic. I researched your site and found two possible replacements. The spring on one of my windows is 29 3 nm BSI.
