Hello I need new balances for my home, the plastic was all very deterioriated but i took the best pictures I could. They measure 24 inches in length not including any plastic. If you could reccomend what series I should purchase that would be helpful. Brandon

Good morning! I need to order replacement channel balances for some old (but still serviceable) aluminum casement windows. The channel balance measurements are 23 7/8" long, 5/8" deep and 1/2" wide. The only marking on the balance is '2320'. I've attached several photos to show the nylon end section ... (cont.)

2920x is one window 23 b for my other windows I am in need but i am not sure whitch ones i need . I do need both these numbers just dont know whitch one to purchace ... Thank you

Hi - I need to replace the window channel balances on 2 windows. I want to ensure I'm selecting the correct series - I understand how to select it, but to be honest, they all look very similar to me. Can you please advise? Thank you so much, Nichole

We are looking to buy replacement Balances

Need to replace the spring balances in one window. Metal channel of the balance is 24". Stamping says 2330K (the K is stamped backwards)

Need to know if the 24" - 351 Series will work if my one end looks like the attached photo. Mine has a little different shape. Not sure if I can get this piece to match or not ? I was told the numbers on the balancer were 23 3 AQ. I can't seem to see that on the one I was given to try to match a ... (cont.)

The sash weights 16.4 lbs. Lenght of balance is 24 inches(not including brackets on each end) Can you make sure I order the correct parts. Need 2, 1 for each side. I also need one pair of window stops, measured 3in long, 1.25in wide, white.

#2340. The balance is for aluminum windows that do not tilt.
